Assessment
Once receiving your pet's application and vaccination records, the next step
would be to schedule the assessment. We do not accept any pets with aggression or biting issues.
We require an assessment that costs $50 per pet to check their behavior,
social skills, demeanor, etc and it typically takes about 1.5 hours, during which you would drop off your pet and return after. The assessment also allows your pet to become familiar with us,
the new environment, and new fur friends.
We have meet & greet tours and assessment drop-offs on Saturdays between
10 a.m. to 11:30am. Appointment times are in 1/2 hour increments for the tour and about 1.5 or less for the assessment after leaving your pet. We provide a tour of the backyard area to
the parents on the same day as the assessment appointment. This is your opportunity to aslo ask us any other questions that are not answered on the website. You may choose to proceed or not
proceed with the assessment after the tour.
If you choose to continue with the assessment on the day of the tour, there
will be a charge of $50 per pet that is due at the time of the appointment if you decide to leave your pet. Thereafter, you will leave your pet for about 1.5 hours after the
tour.
If your pet has any separation anxiety, nervousness, or sensitivities, then we strongly recommend you allow some time for daycare or a test run of overnight boarding prior to the actual boarding dates. This will help your pet transition and acclimate to the new environment and surroundings.
